hereby determines and certifies as follows: <br /> <br />fled to Vote. <br /> <br /> (b) That at said referendum 1089 votes were cast <br /> <br />for the order adopted on JanUary 16, 1984, authorizing not <br />exceeding $7,275~000 Water Bonds of the Water and Sewer District <br />of Caberrus CoUnty, in Cabarzus CoUnty, North Caroline, for the <br />purpose of providing funds~ with any other available fUnds, for <br />constructing a portion of a water system for said District, <br />cluding the construction and installation of water maine and lines, <br />water storage tanks, water p~mping facilities and appurtenant <br />facilities for the transmission and distribution of water to be <br />provided by the City of Concord, North Carolina or Cabarrus CoUnty, <br />North Carolina a~d the acqUisition of necessary lUnd, rights of <br />way and eqUi~xnent, and authorizing the levy of taxes in an amount <br />sufficient to pay the principal of and the intprest on said Bonds, <br />~d 399 votes were cart against said Order, and that a majority <br />of the qUalified voters of said District who voted thereon at said <br />referendum voted in favor of said order. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The Supervisor of Elections of the Cabarrus <br /> <br />County Board of Elections ia hereby directed to transmit immediately <br />a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of Commissioners <br />for the County of Cabarr~e. <br /> <br /> Upon ~otion of J.L.
