Little, Supervisor of Elections of the <br />Cabarrus County Board of Elections, of Cabarrus County, North <br />Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing has been care- <br />fully copied from the recorded proceedings of saidBoard at a <br />meeting held on March 22, 1984 et the CoUnty Courthouse in <br />Concord, North Carolina, said record having been made in <br />Minute Book No. 3 of the m~nutee of said Board, begin- <br />~ing at page 348 and ending at page 361 , and is a true <br />copy of so much of said proceedings as re~ates to the can- <br />vaes of the returns of ~hs special bond referendm~ held in <br />the Water and Sewer District of Cabarr~e Cotu~ty on March 20, <br />1984. <br /> I DO HEREBY FURTHER CE~IFY that the Chairman of <br />said Board duly notified or caused to be notifie~ each <br />m~mber of said Board of said meeting and that, at least <br />forty-eight hours before said m~ettng, notice of said meet- <br />ing, signed by the Chairman of said Board and stating that a <br />special meeting of said Board would be held at 11 o'clock <br />A,M. on March 22, 1984, at the County Courthouse in Concord, <br />North Carolina, concerning the canvass of the returns of the <br />· peeial bond referendum held on March 20, 1984 in the Water <br />and Sewer District of Cabarrus COunty upon the question of <br />approving an order authorizing $7,275,000 Water Bonds of said <br />District, was posted on the principal bulletin board of said <br />Board and mailed or delivered to each newspaper, wire service, <br />radio station, television station and person that had filed <br />with me a written reguest for notice pursuant to G.S. 143-318.12. <br /> <br /> WITNESS my hand this 22 day of March, 1984. <br /> <br /> - ~upe~viso~f Elections Of the <br /> Cabarrus CoUnty Board of Elections <br /> <br /> <br />
