The Cabarrus <br /> County Water and Sewer Study Commission made these two changes at its meeting on <br /> April 11, 1984. <br /> <br /> The two changes are: <br /> <br /> 1. A Number 7 has been added to III, D. <br /> <br /> 2. The 60% figure in V, C has been changed to 75%. <br /> <br /> No changes were made in the Resolution relating to increasing the sales tax. <br /> <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br /> William J.
