S. 122-35.53(c) to allow Area <br />Authorities to own property if given that Authority by the County <br />Commissioners. Our Board attorney, Mike Taylor, of Albemarle, has <br />drawn up the enclosed resolution for consideration by the County <br />Commissioners of Stanly, Union, and Cabarrus. <br /> <br />I would appreciate your placing this on the agenda for your Commissioners <br />at your earliest Convenience.
