The Board of Co~missioners for the County of Cabarrus, North <br />Carolina~ met in regular session in Concord~ North Carolina, at <br /> <br />__ o'clock a.m. on the day of , 19 <br /> Present: <br /> <br /> Absent: <br /> <br />presented the following resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF <br /> TERRITORY TO KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF <br />CABARRUS: <br /> <br />Cabarrus has determined and does hereby find and declare: <br /> <br /> (a) That On May 2, 1984 a resolution was received from <br />the Sanitary District Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary District relating <br />to the annexation of territory to the Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (b) That the territory described in the petition consists of the <br /> <br /> (c) That the petition was signed by all property owners within the <br /> <br /> (d) That said petition requests that all necessary action required <br />by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of North Carolina <br /> <br />be taken so as to annex the territory described in the petition unto the <br />Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (e) That it is for the best interest of the Kannapolis Sanitary <br />District and the territory requested to be annexed unto the Kannapolis <br />Sanitary District that said territory be included within the boundaries <br /> <br />Sanitary District. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Board of Co~missioners for the County Of <br />Cabarrus does hereby approve the annexation of the territory described <br /> <br /> <br />
