Otherwise advise the County Commissioners <br /> on library matters. <br /> <br /> The Board of Trustees shall make an annual report on <br /> the operations of the library to the County Commissioners and <br /> provide for the annual report to the Department of Cultural <br /> Resources required by G.S. 125-5. <br /> <br /> 2. That Cabarrus County designate the Charles A. Cannon <br /> Memorial Library in the City of Concord as the main office of a <br /> county library system and designate all other county-supported <br /> libraries as branches of that library. <br /> <br /> 3. That the first branch library be built in Kannapolis, on <br /> a site near the new Senior Citizens' Center, and that the <br /> county appropriate funds for the 1984-85 fiscal year and the <br /> 1985-86 fiscal year to build and equip that library. (See Annex <br /> I and Annex V). <br /> <br /> 4. That the basic terms of an administrative contract with <br /> the City of Concord include the provisiOns on Annex II. <br /> See Annex IV for proposed operating figures. <br /> <br /> 5. That Cabarrus County spend $48,000 to contract with the <br />Cannon Memorial'YMCA for library services-in Kannapolis from <br />JUne 30, 1984 to June 30, 1985 on the terms outlined in Annex <br />III. <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> dm <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
