This award does not become effective until it has been signed by the authofizin9 official listed above and is returned to the Governor's Crime Commission within 20 days of its receipt by your office. Extensions beyond this period can only be authorized in writing by the Governor's Crime Commission. Full compliance with standard grant conditions (attadhed to Grant Application) is necessary to obtain audit certification of this project. A copy of the signed grant award should be forwarded to the project director. Included in this mailing is a grant award packet and the project's first finan- cial report form. lhe financial report form should be forwarded to the person in your finance office who is responsible for its completion on a monthly basis. Expenditures will be reimbursed to your agency upon receipt of the monthly cost report. The grant award packet should be forwarded to the project director. It includes forms for project implementation , time and attendance sheets, and budget revision forms. Please note that the notice of implementation form is due within 60 days of the project starting date. Failure to submit this form can result in suspen- sion of funding and possible project cancellation.
