Have the restrictive covenant signed by the appropriate <br /> people and notarized. <br /> <br /> 2. Take or have your attorney take the signed and notarized <br /> cpvenant to'the office of the Register of Deeds for the <br /> county in which the building is located and hhve the <br /> covenant registered. <br /> <br /> 3. Obtain a copy of the registered covenant which bears the <br /> book and page number in which it ia registerad. <br /> <br /> 4.
