I respect the job the <br />ambulance service is doing, but it is hard to hal.dlc all <br />thc wo~:load. <br /> <br /> We have a Ce. barrus Rescu~ unit ~tationed at our d~- <br />partment, Mi41.~nd, and we feel that it can be a great as- <br />set to our community and the southern Cabzrrue area. But <br />this unit is not being used as we fe~l it should (through <br />no fault of the squad itself). When a person completes <br />a 110 hours course it is a great accomplishment, but when <br />they are not ~llowed to use it, it is a great ~isappoint- <br />mont. <br /> <br /> I would like to sit in on your next meeting with the <br />commission and discuss a plan to utilize this ~ervice. <br />We do not wish te replace the ambulance service but to <br />only assist it.
