If an investor owns several rental homes and a person moves out <br /> leaving a delinquent bill, is the owner responsible for~tbe <br /> delinquent bill? ~X4~L~ _~ qc~.x2~ ~ ~ <br /> 2. If a renter or owner moves from their house and requests the <br /> water service to be discontinued while the property is vacant, <br /> will there continue to be a minimum monthly water bill? If <br /> so, in the case of a renter, is the owner responsible for the <br /> monthly bill? <br /> <br /> <br />
