McGinnis <br /> <br />DATE: August 16, 1984 <br /> <br />At the last meeting, the Board of Commissioners appointed a 7-member <br />Cabarrus County Library Board of Trustees. The Board of Commissioners <br />did not determine the terms of membership on that board, and in <br />accordance with the policy of procedures adopted by the Board previously, <br />these terms would need to be staggered for a 3-year period. The Board <br />of Commissioners would need to determine which members of the 7-member <br />board would serve a 3-year term, which members would serve a 2-year <br />term, and which members are appointed for one year to achieve the <br />terms of appointment as specified in the County policy. <br /> <br /> <br />
