A regular meeting of the Sanitary District Board Of the <br />Kannapoli~ Sanitary District, i~ Cabarrus and Rowan% Counties, <br />North Carolina, was bold at the Kannapolis SaNitary District <br />Administration Building, Floyd Street, Kannapolis, North <br />Carolina, witbin the boundaries of the said Sanitary District, <br />On October 4, 1984, at 7:30 p.m~ <br /> <br /> Present: Sveretto L. Murph, Chairman; Carl W. Brown, <br /> <br />U. Cleo Overcash, Melvin W. Rape~ Members; and Phillip M. <br />Meacham~ Member and Secretary. <br /> <br /> Absent: None. <br /> <br /> PhilliD M.
