The OWNER agrees to pay the ENGINEER for such services in accordance v,,ith the schedule set out in SECT. ION <br /> F . Tile ENGINEER will render to OWNER for such services an ilemlzed bill, once each month, for compensation for <br /> soch services performed heremtder during such period, Ute same to be due and payable by Ibe OWNER to tile ENGINEER on <br /> or before the 10th day of the following period.
