Interviewed department heads in <br /> COncord for handicap study for revenue sharing. Inspected buildings <br /> owned by Concord for accessibility to handicap individuals. Wrote <br /> handicap study of findings, recommendations and transition plan. <br /> <br /> /~anagement Activities <br /> - Began preparation of handicapped study for Concord. <br /> - Continued work on handicapped study for Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> - Rega.rding Cabarrus County Personnel Ordinance update. <br /> (a) Met with department heads <br />· (b) Began research and writing <br /> <br /> Public Bafety ActiVities <br /> <br /> - Provided CPR and public-education supplies for Cabarrus EMS Week display <br /> and CPR programs, <br /> <br /> Bid grant-funded EMS equipment for Cabarrus EMS. <br /> <br /> JTPA Activities <br /> <br /> Cabarrus County JTPA Contractors have spent $68,410 to operate emPloyment <br /> and training programs for economically disadvantaged youth and adults, <br /> At the end of the first quarter, September 30, 1984, 184 individuals were <br /> enrolled with a 80% positive termination rate. <br /> <br /> The following netivities are being operated in Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> Activity Program Operator <br /> 1.
