Each facility shall prowide, appropriate <br />training to staff to implement the declaration of residents' <br />rights included in G.S. ]31C-52. <br /> <br /> "~ 131C-57. ]~n__forcement and investiqatio~.--(a~'The Department <br /> <br />of Human Resources shall be responsible for the enforcement of <br />the provisions of this Article. Specifical!¥~ ~he Department of <br />Social Services in the county in ~hich the faciliuy is located, <br />along with the Department of Human Resources~ shall be <br />responsible for enforcing the provisions of the declaration of <br />the residents' rights. The director of the county ~epartment of <br />Social services shall monitor the implementation of the <br />declaration· of the residents' rights and shall also investigate <br />an~ complaints or grievances pertaining to violations of <br />declaration of rights. <br /> <br /> (b) if upon investigation, it is foun~ that any of the <br />provisions of the declaration of rigkts have keen violated, the <br />director of the county Department of Social Services must inform <br />the administrato~ of the specific violations, ~hat must be done <br />to correct them, and sot a date by which the violations must be <br />corrected.
