SECTION 4. The County hereby consents to accept all right, <br />title and interest to'the Projecf (including land~ buildings and <br />equipment) upon the payment in full of the Bonds and the interest <br />which shall become due thereOn~ free of any lease or claim thereon. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to <br />create any obligation, direct, indirect or contingent, on the part <br />Of the County to pay any part of the cost of the acquisition or <br />construction or equipping of the Project or of such financing, or <br />to pay any part of the principal of or interest on the Bonds, or to <br />operate or maintain the project either in the event of a default <br />or failure by the Authority or by the Lessee or at such time as <br />the transfer of the Project to the County shall become absolute, <br />or be construed to exempt the Project or an~ part thereof from <br />taxation by Cabarrus County or the State of North Carolina. <br /> <br /> SECTION 6. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage. <br /> <br /> <br />
