The time cost would be calculated by <br />multiplying payroll plus fifteen perceut insurance and taxes by two, <br />as follows: <br /> Principal - ~i?.50 X 2 = ~35.00 <br /> Chief Draftsman - $i0.00 X 2 = 20.00 <br /> Junior oraftsman $ ?.00 X 2 = 14.00 <br /> <br />! see the possibility for changes in the schematic plans that could <br />effect considerable savings to the county.
