Box 707 <br /> Concord, NC 28025 <br /> <br /> Dear Charles: <br /> <br /> On February 16, 1983, the Cabarrue County Fire Chiefs Association <br /> agreed to co-operatively purchase a stockpile of fire fighting foam on <br /> a match basis with Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> Each fire department will pay $52.64 in order to raise the $1~000.00 <br /> needed for the match. <br /> <br /> The foam will be stored at Concord Fire Station No. 1 and Concord <br /> Fire Department wilt transport the foam to any incident in the county. <br /> <br /> All departments will sign the attached agreement to replace any <br /> foam used by them within two (2) working days of use. <br /> <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br /> '-James L.
