A <br /> Public Hearing is scheduled for the Commissioners meeting on April 18, 1983 <br /> to consider this draft application. <br /> <br /> If the application meets with the COmlnissioners' approval, a Resolution <br /> should be passed by the Board authorizing the submission of the application <br /> to the North Carol ina Department of Natural Resources and Community Develop- <br /> ment.
