NOTICE OF I{FARING ON THE INTENT <br /> OF THE BOARD OF CO~IiSSIONERS OF <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> TO CLOSE TWO PORTIONS OF A SIXTY <br /> (60) FOOT ROAD SHOWN ON PLAT <br /> RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 41, <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY PUBLIC PEGISTRY. <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Board of ComJnissioners of <br />Cabarrus County, North Carolina, has declared an intent to close <br />two portions of a sixty (60) foot road shown on plat recorded in <br />Plat Book 15, Page 41, Cabarrus County Public Registry, and which <br />two portions of the road are shown on survey prepared by Concord <br />Engineering & Surveying, Inc., dated ~.[ay 15, 1982, a copy of <br />which, together with the Petition is available for inspection in <br />the Office of the' Clerk to the Board of Commissioners, in Room <br />120 at the Cabbarus County Courthouse, at Concord, North <br />Carolina, and which two portions of the road are more <br />particularly described in Addendum A attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof. <br /> <br /> Take notice that the Board of Co.nm~issioners of Cabarrus <br />County, North Carolina, will consider and act on the question of <br />closing the two portions of the road at its regular meeting on <br />the 18th day of April ~ , 1983, at 8:30 P.M., at the <br />Commissioners' Meeting Room in the Cabarrus County Courthouse, in <br />Concord, North Carolina.
