Mr ~urray phoned this office on Thursday, April 7, 1983 to inquire if he could constYoct an addition between two existing storage buildings on his lot. 'At this point he was informed that the building could be constructed as long as it met a ten (10) foot side and rear yard set pack from the property lines. At this point Mr. Murray stated the setbacks would be impossible to meet. After these sectiods were explained.to Mr. Murray, be was then informed that a variance could be sought from the Board of Adjustment, that he might possible be able to purchase property from his neighbor, or that he might petition for a change in the ordinance through the Planning Department
