John Boger has sent out
letters to notify the property owners of foreclosure, and some
foreclosure proceedings have been filed with the Clerk of Court's
office. We are also writing letters and sending delinquent
notices, also calling people and talking to them about their
accounts. We are also compiling an insolvent list, to get
uncollectable taxes off our records.

Our goal is to get all tax accounts as current as possible.
