ARTICLE III. THE PAY PLAN <br /> <br />Section 11. Employees Longevity Pay <br /> <br />A longevity incentive pay plan for all permanent Cabarrus County <br />employees. Said plan to be as follows: <br /> <br /> (1) Years of service shall be computed as of anniversary date <br /> of employment and the service recognized shall be continuous <br /> service, except as may be revised by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners. <br /> <br />RECOmmeNDED CHANGE <br /> <br />ARTICLE III.
