Davis <br />1803 Whlteley Place <br />Greensboro, North Carolina 27406 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Davis: <br /> <br /> Based on my Investigation and the nvestigation by Dana H. <br />Rucker & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, I hereby find that the <br />wall behind the'Concord Post Office property, Concord, North Carolina, <br />adjoining the property of Cabarrus County, is dangerous as provided by <br />Section 153A-365 of the General Statutes of North Carolina. You are <br />hereby given notice to immediately remedy the hazardous condition of the ' <br />wall. Further, under the provisions of the General'Statutes of North Carolina, <br />the said unsafe wall is hereby condemned on the ground that it is especially <br />dangerous to llfe because of its defective condition. The defects in the wall <br />are as set out In the letter from Dana H. Rucker & Associates, Inc., to <br />Mr. Charles D. McGInnls dated October 19, 1983, a copy of which letter is <br />enclosed. <br /> <br /> You are further notified that unless corrective action is taken <br />immediately, further proceedings under the provisions of Section 153A-368 <br />of the General Statutes will have to be taken by me. <br /> <br /> Yours very truly, <br /> <br /> Charlie B.
