service shall be forthcoming. The County shall have the right to <br />refuse to extend service upon any reasonable grounds, and <br />specifically for any use detrimental to the water system, non-payment <br />of required fees, or if, in the sole opinion of the County, it is not <br />economically feasible. <br /> <br /> E. Maintenance by Customer <br /> <br /> The customer shall be responsible for the maintenance of all <br />plumbing, from the meter into and including the house plumbing; and <br />the County shall have the right to discontinue service to any <br />property that does not maintain the plumbing or abide by the plumbing <br />code. Further, should the customer require water at a pressure <br />different from that ~upplied by the County, it shall be his <br />responsibility to install the necessary device(s) to make the <br />adjustment. <br /> <br /> F. Liability of County <br /> <br /> The County shall not be liable to consumers, owners or any person <br />for the failure to furnish water for any purpose or under any <br />conditions, or for the quanitity or quality of the water furnished, <br />or for any damage that may result from the shutting off of water from <br />the mains or reser.voirs, even though no notice of the shutting off of <br />water.shall have been given. All permits and contracts for the use <br />of water from the water system of the County are expressly made <br /> <br />subject to the provisions hereof. <br /> G.
