ATTAC~MENT A: <br /> <br />Statement of, measurable objectives: <br /> <br /> (1) 80% of the identified etudents will complete the program. <br /> <br /> (2) 60% of identified students who complete the counseling learning <br /> experience will show improvement of behavior as shown by documentation. <br /> <br /> (3) 75% of students who complete the counseling learning experience will <br /> show improved positive self-concept as measured by a self-concept <br /> test. <br /> <br /> (4) 50% of those who have completed the group counseling program <br /> and who have had a history of office visits for disciplinary <br /> reasons, truancy, suspension~ expulsions, and/or court referrals <br /> will have shown a reduction in these referrals during the course <br /> of the counseling experience. <br /> <br /> <br />
