Garbage dumpsters will only be allowed in the <br /> following zoned areas: A-I (when not used for <br /> residential purposes), C-1-2-3-~-5, I-1 and 2 <br /> <br />~_~~~ and 0 and I (with the exception of mobile home <br /> parks and apartment complexes). Any variances to <br /> this rule will be approved by the Health Director <br /> based on zoning variances or unusual circumstances. <br /> <br /> This amendment will be effective on and after the 1st <br /> day of January 198~. <br /> <br /> Carl A.
