It is difficult to <br />contact our present wardens at night, (neither of them have telephones in <br />their homes) so this considerstion would probably not be a visble solution. <br />It will probably be difficult to hire part ti~e help fo-,' $4.50 [)er hour, <br />but f know that it will be difficult to find full time help for that pay. <br />I have run into this problem many times since 197~. Therefore, I think the <br />reconm%endetion I have presented is the better solution. <br /> <br /> <br />
