As an added at,race, ion to <br /> the opening festivities, our staff would like to contract a fireworks ~rogram <br /> beginning at 9.:i. 5 and ending at appr~oximately,9~5 PM near the lake area. <br /> Attached is a proposed contractua~ agreement with Southern International Fireworks <br /> Inc. of Rock Hill, South Carolina. Nr. Gary A. Partlo is the pyrotechoic expert <br /> who will be in charge of the fireworks disolay. <br /> <br /> In order for us to stage this fireworks program we will need permission From the <br /> Board of Commissioners in ~he form of a Fireworks Discharge Permit.
