Sponsor shall obtain all necessary permits, licenses and approvals required for the presenlation of iI~e display. 5. h'inclement wealher occurs and av~dlable rain da~e does no~ fit sponsor's schedule, upon agreement by'Soulhe~n International, display may be cancelled with Sonthern International retaining not less than 25g~ of the ~otal com~acl price as liquidated damages. 6.
