We have asked you co aotify us of the date your <br /> Board will take action on these bids. We have prepared an analys~s of the bids <br /> which we would like you to share with them in order to compare the bids in terms <br /> of the number of meals that each will yialdo (See attached.) <br /> <br /> The lowes~ bid was $1.596 per meal before tax submitted by Servomation for all <br /> feur counties. In order for this bid ~o ba accaoted ~11 fouY county projects_ <br /> must accent this bid. If even one county decide to go with another bid then <br /> this bid will be null for the other three counties.
