(5) Each mobile home unit that requires the use of fuel oil <br /> shall have an oil tank, having the minimum capacity of <br /> one hundred fifty (!50~ gallons, set upon a painted <br /> prefabricatec~ metal stand. <br /> <br /> (9) All mobile homes eqnipped wi,-h wood heating will be <br /> required to have all wood and other sucb ~naterials usable <br /> in a wood heater or fireplace to be stacked in an orderly <br /> and neat manner ~o prevent any danger Eo ~he health, <br /> safety and welfare of other park zesidents. <br /> <br /> E. Information to be shown on a Pre!iminar¥ Pla~: <br /> The plat shall be drawn at a scale of no less than one (1) <br /> inch equals one hundred (100) feet and shall include the <br /> following information: <br /> <br /> (!) Topography of ~he proposed site. <br /> <br /> (2) Accurate boundary lines of the property and surrounding <br /> p~oper ~y o~a~ er s. <br /> <br /> (3) Proposed location of mobile home spaces, stands, and <br /> patios. <br /> <br /> (4) Proposed existing structures. <br /> <br /> (5) Proposed contours in areas where major grading will occuz. <br /> <br /> (6) Location and right-of-way of all proposed, dedicated or <br /> existing streets and roads on or within two hundred (200) <br /> feet of the proposed park. <br /> <br /> (7) Water courses and drainage easements. <br /> <br /> ($) Recreation areas. <br /> <br />F. Information Required on a Final Plat: <br /> The preliminary and the final plats shall be sub~,nitted to the <br /> Planning Department showing the following on one or more <br /> sheets. Unless otherwise required in the subsection, a scale <br /> of not less nhan one (1) inch equals one hundred (100) feet <br /> shall be used. In all cases, the proposed characteristics <br /> shall be shown in a manner that sh~!! distinguish them clearly <br /> from the existing cI~aracteristics of the land. <br /> <br /> (1) Location map with a scale of one inch equals two thousand <br /> (2,000) feet, utilizing official Cabarrus County Base <br /> .Map, showing the location of the mobile home park in <br /> relation to the surrounding area within a one (1) mile <br /> radius. <br /> <br /> <br />
