Sanitary Facilities, Water Supply, GarbaRe Collections, <br />Utilities: <br />In every mobile home park, all utility installations shall <br />comply with applicable building and health codes of Cabarrus <br />County and the State of North Carolina, and the requirements <br />of the North Carolina Uni!ities Commission. <br /> <br />(l) Utilities Installation: All utilities shall be installed <br /> underground except where adequately documented conditions <br /> of topography make this requirement unreasonable. <br /> <br />(2) Utilities-Mobile !tome Stand: Each mobile home stand <br /> shall be equipped with water and sanitary sewer connections <br /> grouped into a utility core which is designed and installed <br /> in accordance with the applicable provisions of the <br /> Cabarrus County Building Regulations. <br /> <br />(3) Electrical Supply: A mini~num of 100 amperes, 120-240 <br /> volt single phase electrical supply shall be provided <br /> to each mobile home stand, terminating zn approved <br /> mobile home service parcels uniformally installed <br /> throughout the park. <br /> <br />(4) Mobile Home Equipment: Each mobile home shall be required <br /> to connect with the utilities provided at each mobile <br /> home space. <br /> <br />(5) ~a~nly: Each mobile home shall obtain wa~er from <br /> a public water supply or state approved community well <br /> sysnem. The waner supply and pressure shall be adequane <br /> for the park requirements. Waner for drinking, cooking, <br /> laundry and general sanitary uses for each individual <br /> mobile home shall be obtained only from faucets or other <br /> plumbing connections located within each mobile home. <br /> <br />(6) Sewage and Disposal Each mobile home ~ark shall <br /> be provided wznn aaequate sewage dzsposal sysnem, either <br /> by public sewer or scare approved package creanment <br /> system. All was~es from toilets, showers bathtubs, <br /> lavatories, wash basins, refrigeranor drains, sinks, <br /> faucets, and water-using appliances not herein mentioned <br /> shall be piped into the mobile home park sewage disposal <br /> sysceln. <br /> <br />(7) ~rbage Disposal: Ail garbage and refuse in each mobile <br /> home park shall be stored in suitable water proof and <br /> rodent proof receptacles which shall be kept covered <br /> with tight fitting lids. All garbage and refuse shall <br /> be regularly disposed of in a sanitary manner accenr~hle <br /> to the Cabarrus County Health Department.
