(17) Ail mobile homes additions extensions perminted under <br /> this section shall be skirted. Ail skirting shall be <br /> f!usb with exterior walls and all skirting shall be <br /> the same material as the mobile home or of brick, stone <br /> or masonery block. Complete skirting around the mobile <br /> wi]! be required except for one (1) maior access no <br /> under the mobile home and proper ventilation vents. <br /> <br />(!g) Permanent street names, approved by the Planning Depart- <br /> ment shall be assigned to each private street. Street <br /> name signs utilizing the approved counny "street signs" <br /> shall be erected at each street intersection. House <br /> numbers will be assigne~ by the Cabarrus County Planning <br /> Department. <br /> <br />(19) Street Requirements: Required paving width shall be <br /> as follows, based g~nera%ly on a moving lane width of <br /> ten (10) feet for collector streets and nine (9) feet <br /> for minor streets.
