(See <br />attached bid tabulation sheet.) After careful analysis, we recon~end that <br />Christy's Nursery of Concord receive the bid. Christy's presented <br />a complete bid with the overall low prices. They require no delivery charge <br />and offer the best warranty on materials. Moreover, because they are a <br />local firm we believe more care and better service will result. <br /> <br /> Christy's complete bid of $14,762.00 has exceeded the budgeted amount <br />for the reforestation program.
