CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> iNVITATION TO BID ' <br /> <br />Sealed bids will be received by th~ County Manager for Cabarrus County in <br />Room 123 of the Cabarrus County COurthouse until 10:00 a.m., Friday, <br />December 3, 1982, at which time, they will be publically opened and read <br />for the attached list of landscape trees. <br /> <br />Instructions for submitting bids.and complete specifications may be <br />optained at the office of the Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation <br />Department at 755 Cabarrus Avenue, West, during regular office hours. <br />These bids are being received in accordance with section 143.-129, North <br />Carolina General Statutes. <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject <br />any and all bids and to Waive formalities. <br /> <br />Notice given this 23 day of November, 1982. <br /> <br /> Charles D.
