McGinnis: <br /> <br /> I have noticed the corporate name of Browning-Ferris Industries of South Atlantic, <br /> Inc., was incorrectly stated as Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc., in tile minutes of the <br /> November 1, 1982, meeting of tile Cabarrus County Commissioners. The correct <br /> corporate names is as follows: <br /> <br /> Browning-Ferris Indnstries of South Atlantic, Inc. <br /> <br /> You will recall that in my presentation before the Commissioners~ I presented a proposed <br /> motion which incladed the correct corporate name. If anyone needs to appear before <br /> the Caba~rus County Commissioners to correct this, please advise. <br /> <br /> You may also inform the Commissioners that the transfer of franchise operations from <br /> Ray Helms to Browning-Ferris Industries of South Atlantic, Inc., has now been cmnpleted <br /> and, as a part of the transfer, J & F Disposal Co., Inc., (William E.
