(iii) The Commtssion si~atl employ a Park Director and <br />may employ such other personnel as are necessary or <br />desirable in fulfilling the Commission's responsibilities, <br />within the limits of funds available to the Commission or <br />appropriated [o it by the Parttclpating Units. <br /> <br />(iv) The Commission may enter into interlocal cooperation <br />joint use or management agreements with Participating <br /> <br />Units to the full extent permitted by law. <br /> <br />(v) The Commission may purchase liability insurance <br />covering such risks anti in such amounts as the Commission <br />may deem appropriate. <br /> <br />(vi) The Commission may adopt uniform schedules of <br />reasonable fees or charges for use of facilities controlled <br />by it or for programs or services provided by it. Such <br />schedules may impose like or different fees or charges <br />for residents as opposed, to non-residents of Participating <br />Units. <br /> <br />(vii) The Commissioe ,nay solicit, apply for and accept <br />grants, gifts, donations~ contributions and bequests in <br />support of its operations or responsibilities. Any such <br />grant, gift, donation, contribution or bequest shall be <br />held amd used subject to the terms or con~titions ~nder <br />which the same is made and accepted. The Commission may <br />not accept any gift, grant, donation, or coetribution of <br />real estate without the unanimous consent of Participating <br />units and only as agent for said Participating Units as <br />teoaats in common. <br /> <br /> <br />
