-5- <br /> <br /> (viii) The Commission shall have power [o contract and <br /> be contracted with; to sue and be sued; to acquire, <br /> purchase and hold any personal property; co acquire any <br /> interests in real estate only as provided in this A~.reement; <br /> and to dispose of personal property in the manner provided <br /> Eor by law or disposal of county or city property. <br /> (ix) The Commission may issue orders and adopt regulations <br /> concerning the use of properly under its control or the <br /> conduct of programs, services or activities on property <br /> under [ts colltrol. <br /> (x) The Commission shall have t~o aut{lority to enter into <br /> any coatract or incur any obligation binding on any <br /> Participating unit. <br /> D. Reports <br /> <br /> The Commission shall make full and complete reports <br /> to the Participating Units within 60 days of the end of <br /> each fiscal year and at such other times as may be requested <br /> by auy governing board of a Participating Unit and at <br /> such other tLmes as to the Commission may seem desirable. <br /> <br />3. Financing. <br /> The Commission will be financed from funds appropriated <br /> to it by the Participating Units and from such other funds as <br /> are herein provided for. Each Participating unit shall annually <br /> appropriate to the Commission funds sufficient in the aggregate <br /> to enable the Commission to fulfill ics responsibilities <br /> under this Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
