-6- <br /> <br /> All funds shall be disbursed by the Treasurer of [he <br /> Commission upon vouchers issued by the Commission and wi£hin <br /> the budget appropriations made. All vouchers will be signed <br /> by the Commission Chairperson and the Treasurer. Funds received <br /> by the Commlss~on from sources other than mppropriattons frcra <br /> the Participating Units (fees, charges, re.ntals, concession <br /> profits, admissions, gifts, etc.) shall be deposited to the <br /> credit of and for tbe use of or by the Commission in its <br /> discretion and disburse(I pursuant to the same procedures as <br /> appropriated funds are disbursed, except that funds received <br /> by gift, bequest or otherwise shall be disbursed in accordance <br /> with tile terms of such gift or bequest, if any. <br /> <br /> Tile Participating Unit whose finance officer is ex officio <br /> Treasurer of the Commission and shall provide financial and <br /> accounting services as the Commission may require. <br /> <br /> The Commission shall, by February I of each year, prepare <br /> and submit a budget to the respective Recreation Commissions <br /> of the Participating Units. Those Recreation Commissions <br /> shall review the budget requests and forward the budget to the <br /> respective budget officers of tile Participating Units for <br /> approval by the governing boards of the Participating Units. <br /> <br /> If any Recreation Commission fails to approve the budget <br /> <br /> as proposed by tile Commission, the Commission and that Recreation <br /> Commission shall meet jointly to negotiate and approve a <br /> budget to be forwarded ~o the budget officers of tbe Participating <br /> Units. A Recreation Commission shall be deemed to bare approved <br /> the budget as submitted if it sball not have notified the <br /> Commission in writing by May I that it declines to approve the <br /> budget as submitted. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
