MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> TO~ Charles D. McGinnis/County Manager <br /> <br /> FROM: W. S Chandler, Jr,/Director of Planning ~ <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Validation of paving petition for SR# 1453 <br /> and request for public hearing <br /> <br />DATE: Janaury 26, 1981 <br /> <br />Residents of North Drive; SR# 1453 (original name in process <br />of being changed to Lucky Drive), located in township two, have <br />submitted a signed petition requesting the County to assist <br />financially to pave the above mentioned road through the <br />Participating Paving Program. <br /> <br />The petition has been researched using County tax records and <br />has been formally validated on January 26, 1981 by the Planning <br />Department. Therefore, the Planning Department requests that <br />a public hearing be scheduled for February 16, 1981 during the <br />County Commissioners' meeting to determine if the Commissioners <br />will participate financially in the paving of the above designated <br />road. <br /> <br />Thank you for your assistance in this request. <br /> <br />pds <br /> <br /> <br />
