Memorandum of Understanding to be executed by all <br /> involved policy boards. <br /> <br /> 3. Discussion of a local Lead Planning Agency (LPA) <br /> to be designated by. the Governor. <br /> <br /> 4. Makeup of the Transportation Advisory Committee {TAC) <br /> and a Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC). <br /> <br /> S.Planning funds {PL) to be made available to the <br /> local area. <br /> <br /> 6.
