Memo <br /> <br />TO: W.S. 6~dandler Jr. <br /> <br />FROM: Dan Harley <br /> <br />RE: Field check of the James carport <br /> <br />DATM:: January 5, 1981 <br /> <br />I made a ~ check of the carport at 1013 Desota Street, on the <br />property of Anna and De~ James. Photographs 1 and 2 indicate that <br />the unfinished carport is very close to the property line. This is <br />the u~£i~h~ Parcel 58 Photograph 3 shows the other side yard <br />of the James' property. <br /> <br />PhotOgraphs 4 and 5 are views of the neighbor .s carport built very <br />near the property line at 1012 Deeota Street. Photograph 7 is a view <br />of .another neighbor's carport,,just around the corner at 401 Chrysler <br />Avenue, also built very near the property line~ As best as I could <br />tell from a distance these carports appear to have beem built since <br />1971. (metal posts, supports, etc.) <br /> <br />Photographs 6 and 8 are other views of the neighborhood showing that <br />many of these houses, whether added onto or not, are very close to <br />the property lines. <br /> <br /> <br />
