9. Information and Reports. The Consultant shall,'at such time and in such form as the County may require, furnish such periodic reports con- cerning the status of the project, such statements, certificates, appro- vals, and copies of proposed and executed plans and claims and other in- formation relative to the project as may be requested bg the Countg. The Consultant shall furnish the County, upon request, with copies of all doc- uments and other materials prepared or ~eveloped in relation with or as part of the project. Copies of workin9 papers prepared in conjunction with the cost allocation plan may be turned over to the County for safekeeping if requested. 10. Consultant Liabilit~ If Audited. The Consultant will assume all financial and statistical information provided to the Consultant by County emplogees or representatives is accurate and complete. Ang subsequent dis- allowance of f~ds pa~d to the county under the plan ~s the sole responsi- bilit9 of the Countg. However, where a disallowance had an impact on the fee computation, ~e computation will be recalculated and any unearned portion of the fee will be returned to the client. Additionallg, the Con- sultant will provide assistance to the Countg should an audit be under-- taken Of Countg indirect costs. 11. Notices. Any notices, bills, invoices, or reports required bg this agreement shall be sufficient if sent bg the parties ~n the United States mail, postage paid, to the address noted below: David M.
