Technical assistance will be available as needed. PROGRAM ASSESSb~NT activities by citizens will occur zn a variety of ways. A performance hearin~ will be held thirty (30) no sixty (60) days przor to the start of planning for the next program year. The Advisory Committee will be asked to provide citizen commennary for the Grantee Performance Report, and to review that report prior to its submission. As part of the Orientation to the program offered at the Public Hearing, citizens will be invited to submit comments on all aspects of program performance throughout the program year. ~omplaints should be submitted, in writing, to W.S. Chandler, Jr., Planning Director, Post Office Box 707, Cabarrus County Courthouse, Concord, North Carolina 28025. He will respond in writing within fifteen (15) working days. If the response is unsatisfactory, the complainant should write directly to Ralph C. Bonds, Chairman, Cab mrrus County Board of Commissioners, Post Office Box 707, Concord, North Carolina 28025. The Chairman shall respond within fifteen (15) working days. If the citizen is still dissatisfied: he/she should ~ite to the Greensboro HUD Area Office, 4~5 N. Edgeworth Street, Greensboro, North Carolina 27401 requesting investiganion of the problem. Program staff will also be available during normal business hours to respond to citizen inquiries.
