A regular meeting of the Sanitary Districf Board of the <br /> Kannapolis Sanitary District, in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties~ <br /> NOrth Carolina, was held at the Kannapolis Sanitary District <br /> Administration Building, Floyd Street, Kannapolis, North <br /> Carolina, within the boundaries of the said Sanitary District, <br /> on November 12, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br /> Present: Everette L. Murph, Chairman; Phillip M. Meacham, <br />Member and Secretary; and H. Clee Overcash, Carl W. Brown, a~d <br />Melvin W. Rape, Members. <br /> <br /> Absent: None. <br /> <br /> Carl W. Brown introduced the following <br />resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE <br /> ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO <br /> KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Sanitary District Board of the <br />Kannapolis Sanitary District: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Sanitary District Board of the <br />Kannapolis Sanitary District has determined and does hereby find <br />and declare: <br /> <br /> (A) That on November 12, 1980 a petition in the <br />following form was received by the Sanitary~Distr~ct Board of <br />the Kannapolis Sanitary District: <br /> <br /> <br />
