A regular meeting of the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> Royal Oaks Sanitary District, in Cabarrus County, North Carolina <br /> was held at the Royal Oaks Sanitary District Fire Department <br /> Station, Florida Avenue, Kannapolis, North Carolina, within <br /> the boundaries of the said Sanitary District, on the 14th day <br /> of February, 1981, at 8:00 o'clock A. M. <br /> <br /> Present: William Hammond, Chairman; L. L~. Brown, Jack <br /> Caldwell, Don Evans, Members; and Jake Corriher, Member and <br /> Secretary. <br /> <br /> Absent: None. <br /> <br /> B. S. Brown, Jr., Attorney for the District presented <br /> the following resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE <br /> ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO <br /> ROYAL OAKS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> <br /> Royal Oaks Sanitary District: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Sanitary District Board of the <br /> <br /> Royal Oak% Sanitary District has determined and does hereby find <br /> and declare: <br /> <br /> (A) That on February 14, 1981 a petition in the following <br /> form was received by'the Sanitary District Board of the Royal <br /> Oaks Sanitary District: <br /> <br />ALEXANOEN & BROWN <br /> <br /> <br />
