I <br /> <br /> (B) That the territory described in said petition is <br /> located in Cabarrus County contiguous to the present boundaries <br /> of the Royal Oaks Sanitary District and that no municipal <br /> corporation nor any part of the territory of a municipal <br /> corporation is included in said territory, nor is any part of <br /> a mill village included in said territory. <br /> <br /> (C) That said petition was duly signed by all of the <br /> owners owning real property within the proposed territory to be <br /> annexed to the Royal Oaks Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (D) That said petition requests that all necessary action <br /> required by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of <br /> North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the Royal <br /> Oaks Sanitary District be taken so as to annex the territory <br /> described in the petition unLo the Royal Oaks Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (E) That it is for the best interest of the Royal Oaks <br /> Sanitary District and the territory requested to be annexed <br /> unto the Royal Oaks Sanitary District that said territory be <br /> included within the boundaries of the Royal Oaks Sanitary <br /> District and receive the services of the Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Sanitary District Board of the Royal <br /> Oaks Sanitary District approve and does hereby approve the <br /> annexation of the territory described in said petition unto <br /> the Royal Oaks Sanitary District and does hereby recommend to <br /> the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Cabarrus <br /> that said Board of Commissioners approve the annexation of such <br /> territory. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That said Sanitary District Board does hereby <br /> recommend to the North Carolina Commission for Health Services <br /> that the North Carolina Commission for Health Services approve <br /> the annexation of the territory described in said petition unto <br /> the Royal Oaks Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That the Secretary of the Sanitary District <br /> Board of the Royal Oaks Sanitary District is hereby directed to <br /> <br />ALEXANDE~ & BROWN <br /> ~TORNEYSATLAW certify a copy of this resolution to the Chairman of the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
