The Board of Commissioners ordains that a civil action <br />abating said nusiancc created and maintained by Ethel A. Honeycutt be <br />instituted by Cabarrus County and directs and empoxvers the Chairman of <br />the Board, the County l~Ianager and the County Attorney to take the action <br />necessary to abate said nuisance, ii,eluding requests to tbc court that the <br />dogs be permanently removed from Ms. I-Ioneycutt's pre~'nises, that she <br />be enjoined from acquiring other dogs, and thai representatives of the <br />Health Department and Department of Social Services be allowed to <br />inspect Ms. Honeycutt's home. <br /> <br /> <br />
