RESOLUTION FOR BOARD OF COUNTY CO~M~ISSIONERS <br /> County <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Centralina Council of Governments, at its meeting held <br /> <br />November , 1981, adopted a resolution authorizing the establishment <br /> <br />of a Certified Dmvelopmant Corporation under the Smmll Business Administra- <br />tion program of that name; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Board desires to approve and ratify the aforesaid resolu- <br />tion for the purpose of authorizing such activity under the COG enabling <br />legislation; now, therefore, be it <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the aforesaid resolution of the Centralina Council of <br />Governments is hereby ratified and approved for the purpose of authorizing <br />the formation ~nd servicing of such Certified Economic Development Company <br />conslstant with said Centralina resolutionl <br /> <br /> Passed at a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of <br /> <br />County, North Carolina, this day of , 1981. <br /> <br /> Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
